June 18, 2018 The American Legion Warffemius-Seidler Post 381 membership meeting opened at 7:02 pm
at the home of First Vice Commander Henry Turner, 6003 Strathmore Way, Upper Marlton, MD 20772, by 1st V.Cmdr Turner.
A quorum being met by the following
members in attendance or excused absences: Visitors:

Due to the nature of the meeting, the normal opening and closing ceremonies were suspended.
Old Business: Post 381 Annex. 1st V.Cmdr Turner invited Lorette Farris to present how a business or organization can raise capital through crowd-funding and initial public offerings.
Next meeting will be Monday, July 16, at 7:30pm, at the Post 381 Annex, 9413 Midland Turn, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Meeting adjourned at 8:51pm.
