The American Legion Warffemius-Seidler Post 381 membership meeting opened at 7:33 pm
at Post HQ, 14313 Brandywine Heights Road, Brandywine, MD by Post Commander Ron
Fisher.

Minutes from the previous meeting was presented and approved.
MSP to suspend with normal order of business and move directly to Wilmer’s Park issues.
Reports:
Cmdr Ron Fisher reviewed all updates since the last meeting. He included a handout of a document from Parks and Planning Commission; the letter to Maryland legislature concerning our grants and the partnership with Marlton Golf Course was reviewed.
Finance Report: The Finance Report was given by Cmdr Fisher. MSP subject to audit.
Old Business:
The Prince George’s County Council will conduct the annual Post Inspection at the November meeting.
Assistant Service Officer Sherry Miller attended the Prince George’s County NAACP meeting and updated the Post on that meeting. Post member Bob Ross is running for re-election for President; and there is an upcoming Harvest Party on October 28, 7-11pm at the Martin Crosslands in Greenbelt.
New Business:
Adjutant Erle Ross announced the next Prince George’s County Council meeting will be on Monday, October 3, at 7:30pm.
Adj Ross announced an upcoming Chaplain’s Course for Chap Marshall.
