The American Legion Warffemius-Seidler Post 381 membership meeting opened at 7:30 pm at the Post 381 Annex 9413 Midland Turn, Upper Marlboro, MD by Post Commander Ron Fisher.
A quorum being met by the following members in attendance or excused absences:

MSP to suspend the opening ceremony and move to reports.
Minutes from the previous meeting is posted on the Post website and approved.
Reports:
- Wilmer's Park
- Post Commander Ron Fisher updated the membership on the current status of Wilmer's Park. Cmdr. Fisher will be meeting with several of the investors on April 29th to update the current status of the proposed lease agreement with many of the investors and supporting businesses for the Post 381 revitalization of Wilmer's Park.
- Post 381 Annex
- 1st Vice Commander Henry Turner updated the membership that the bond money from Maryland is approved and will be available in June 2019.
- Elections
- All officers were re-elected to their present positions by unanimous consent.
