The American Legion Warffemius-Seidler Post 381 membership meeting opened at 7:30 pm
at Post Annex, Marlton Golf Course, 9413 Midland Turn, Upper Marlboro, MD by Post First
Vice Commander Henry Turner.

Normal opening ceremonies were suspended.
Minutes from the previous meeting was presented and approved.
Reports: Wilmer’s Park Report was presented by 1st Vice Commander Henry Turner. V.Cmdr
Turner read a draft of a letter to Post support Evan Money. Suggestion on how to improve
the communications were offered and accepted.
Post 381 Annex update was presented by V.Cmdr Turner. Marketing flyers from the State of
Maryland were presented. The gaming commission made a site inspection of the Post 381
Annex area of Marlton Golf Course. The processes of the machines and how the accounting
and payment requirements will take place were presented. V.Cmdr Turner went into details
on the proposed partnership between the Marlton Golf Course and Post 381. A motion was
made for V.Cmdr Turner to create a draft lease between Marlton Golf Course and Post 381.

For the Good of the Post: Cmdr Ron Fisher reminded the Post that deceased Post member Bill Bush is still on the signature card at the bank, and needs to be removed. He asked that the bank signature card have more than just two people on it, and suggest to add Financial Officer Pamela Neal-Robinson, 3rd Vice Commander Tyrone Eugene and Adjutant Erle Ross be added. MSP.
