The American Legion Warffemius-Seidler Post 381 membership meeting opened at 7:30 pm at the Post Annex, 9413 Midland Turn, Upper Marlboro, MD by Post Commander Ronald Fisher.
A quorum being met by the following officers and members in attendance or excused absences:

MSP to suspend with opening ceremony and move to business.
Reports:
- Financial
- Cmd. Fisher gave the Finance Report. MSP to accept Financial Report subject to audit.
- Post Annex
- Cmd. Fisher and 1st Vice Cmd. Turner gave an update on the condition and work done at the Marlton Golf Club.
- Adjutant
- Annual drive for dues for 2019 has started. Members are requested to have this completed before the end of this calendar year.
New Business:
- The Annual Inspection by the Prince George's County Council Commander is scheduled for next month's meeting.
