The American Legion Warffemius-Seidler Post 381 virtual membership meeting commenced at 7:30 pm. The Post Annex was not available.

Most opening ceremonies were dispensed with due to the video format. A moment of silence was observed.
Post Commander Ronald Fisher gave the financial report.
Commander Fisher updated the Post on the current status of Wilmer's Park and Post 381 supporter Huang Hua's acquisition of property for his aquaponic facility.
