Post attorney Mike Herman led the discussion reviewing the proposed lease
received from Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (P&P). The
proposed lease was written as three documents covering different aspects of Wilmer’s Park, including Post 381’s desires to make capital improvements and operate commercial

property; and how it will be used for the betterment and enjoyment of the public. More

P&P’s proposed lease and for the second time, draft a lease proposal to present to P&P.
